Terryl Schulte serves as the President/Principal Consultant at Cambio Consulting, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in organization development, human resources, and change management. With more than 15 years of consulting experience, she has successfully operated her own consulting business for over a decade, delivering a wide range of services such as organization development, change management, leadership development, strategic planning, and other human-resource-related solutions.

In addition to her independent consultancy, Terryl has held various leadership positions in Human Resources and Organization Development across diverse industry sectors. These include Manufacturing companies like Donaldson Company, Datacard, and HB Fuller, Retail with Select Comfort, Consumer Packaged Goods with Multifoods and General Mills, Pharmaceutical with McKesson and Novartis, Government with the City of Minneapolis, Utilities with Great River Energy, and Non-profit with YouthWorks.

Terryl earned her bachelor's degree in Organization Communication and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. She further pursued her academic journey by obtaining a Master of Arts in Human Resource/Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas, located in St. Paul, MN.
